New Video! Building Pathways at Local 7

Local 7 logo

Brothers and Sisters,

Good, union jobs are in high demand, and we have a responsibility to build a construction industry that uplifts ALL working people. That’s why, Local 7 is a proud partner of Boston’s groundbreaking pre-apprenticeship program, Building Pathways.

Since its inception in 2011, Building Pathways has made incredible strides in 1.) connecting low-income women and people of color to family-sustaining careers in the union building trades, and 2.) helping to make Greater Boston’s construction industry more diverse, equitable, and inclusive.

We’re excited to share this video sneak peek of the great work that happens when Iron Workers Local 7 and Building Pathways team up! We encourage you to share the video on social media to potentially help build a pathway for someone in your life!

In Solidarity,
